Meditation: Prayer of St Francis

St. Francis, the famous 13th century monk from Assisi, usually gets credit for this lovely prayer though we’re not really sure where it came from. Some version of the opening line often makes its way into my daily meditation: make me an instrument of your peace, or make me a channel of your love, or make me your vessel. Use this 5-minute meditation to refocus your mind on what matters, to remember your true purpose, or just to relax into the knowledge that we all have the capacity to carry divine love into our world.
